Feb. 5th, 2002 01:45 pmRan out to hear Anthony Bourdain at a bookstore last night. Karen saved me a seat, and we grabbed one for Laura. Spent about ten minutes trying to find a parking space over by the dome. Sucks. Stupid city meters off in the boonies.
Then Laura and I worked on a shopping list for Capricon. Until midnight. I was sucking down Campari/tonic/OJ and she was doing Gin/tonic. I won't have any flat tonic bottles! Yeah! We found out the state fair had only twenty things on a stick, and we think we can do more, in fact, I think our shopping list has more possibilities. Well, maybe.
