Capricon is coming, Capricon is coming, and I've gotta git offa my butt and get a party shopping list together. Trust fans to shop this way: helium balloon tank, blimps, rubber duckie balloons, theme,  Mardi Gras beads, balloons, sparkly paper, bubble blowers, all the peripherals are done, and it's gonna look awesome. Now if we just had some food and something to drink...
