Dec. 14th, 2001 07:23 pmThe 'team leader' for the online STC competition called me at work today. We're supposed to put our heads together to determine whether to award something to the online stuff we looked at.
There were six projects, at least two of which were unadulterated Adobe Acrobat. Yucko. There was two help projects, one web based, and one standalone. The web based was more technically satisfying. There was a tutorial for the Marine Corps, which was fun, but I noticed a few spaces before punctuation and the like -- otherwise, it rocked. Then, there was one splashy Adobe Acrobat project for a 'C' compiler that really rocked, and I figure that anyone who can write a manual for a 'C' compiler deserves something to help him out during the long nights in the loony bin...
