Salad with House-Cured Wild Salmon & Cynic Dressing
Nice small salad with intense salmon.

Skewered Flat Iron Steak with Spicy Bender BBQ Glaze, Roasted Pineapple Relish & Caramelized Plantain
I missed taking a picture of this because we were all fondling the banana leaves it came on. Two pieces of grilled steak, quite spicy Bender BBQ glaze, spicy roasted pineapple relish, and two slabs of caramelized plantain, which contrasted quite well.

Furious Cheddar Soup
Very intense cheddar soup with thyme cracker. Excellent flavor, but the cheddar was fighting to get out solution, as cheddars are wont to do.

SurlyFest-Braised Wild Boar with Cranberry
Green Bean & Red Onion in House Beer-Batter
The boar was incredibly tender, the cranberries were not too sweet and an excellent foil. The green beans and red onion were beer battered and great. The three slices of pickled daikon made a great contrast. These plates all left the table clean.

Furious Mint Julep Shooter
Not my favorite. The mint and sugar taste better with whiskey in my book.

Bender & Coffee Pudding
Strong coffee flavored pudding, a bit too sweet perhaps, but I dug all of mine out. and somebody got all the chocolate pieces too.
