Date: 2009-08-12 05:32 pm (UTC)The duty-free limits depend partly on how long you've been out of the country. But even for shorter trips (like a weekend in Winnipeg) I've bought at the duty-free shop. You do have to know prices, they aren't 100.00% reliably cheap.
At airports I don't know how they handle the new security rules on liquids, but I'm completely confident they do somehow; I'm sure the people in the duty-free shop would know, since their jobs depend on it. Or is there some other reason getting it to MSP would be an issue that I'm overlooking?
