What does it do? Predictive loading of pages?

Test o' LJ Accelerator in Microsoft IE 8
  1. Selected Text.
  2. Right-clicked and selected the LJ Accelerator from All Accelerators on the shortcut menu.
  3. New tab opened with selected text. 
  4. Typed additional material.
  5. Clicked the Post button.
