Rick is going to start sanding today, I think. He's getting close to done with laying in the new floor.

I will be so glad when I have my living room back. It must be even worse for you with several rooms out of commission. Except that your television isn't in durance vile.

Switching from oil to water-based poly. So the floors match. Theoretically less stinky too.
