lsandersonThere was a Somali woman -- just guessing -- stalled in the middle lane across from an accident with flashing lights and the whole thing in the other lanes going in the opposite direction. It was not a great place to stall a car. It reminded me of traffic in Sai Gon, only much more brittle.
