We slammed shut the government last night
The state parks, the capitol, most government offices.
Except, of course, the state patrol

Do have a nice weekend, just stay outta our parks.

Does this mean Minnehaha Falls Park is closed? I think someone said that's a city park, not a state one.

There's a spinning event scheduled there this coming Tuesday.

They were correct. You can see a list of state parks on Wikipedia. The closest to Minneapolis/Richfield are Fort Snelling State Park, Minnesota Valley State Recreational Area, and Lake Maria State Park.
