The octopus has moved to a bowl in the fridge surrounded by ice cubes to cool down for the trip over to St. Paul. I threw a bunch of potatoes into the pan and am trying to cook them, boil down the liquid, take a shower, and not screw everything up. I've also thrown in more garlic, because, after all, you cannot ever have too much. The lemon thyme I got, saddly not variegated, I've pronounced too juvinile to plunder, so I've been throwing in thyme from a bottle.

I came upstairs because I needed to get a towel for the shower, and, of course, this close to a computer, I had to check my e-mail and LJ. Time to check the taters and shower. Then, almond oil...
