I've bookmarked the lamb stew with onions, because that looks delicious, though not really suitable for a one-person household (and also fairly expensive). But someday I may cook for other people again.

I'm a bit curious about one instruction, though. The author says to start with a 275 degree oven, then turn down to medium. Do you think perhaps they're thinking in Celsius? Because 275 F is a cool oven to begin with, so I'm not sure what I'd turn it down to.
