Dear CVS Pharmacy
Feb. 27th, 2021 12:09 pmYou may want to check the name and address on the prescriptions with the name and address on the USPS box. There seems to be a discrepancy with mine.
After an exciting wait while the CVS Pharmacy line informed me all about obtaining COVID-19 vaccinations and COVID-19 vaccine information via the CVS Pharmacy website rather than the CVS Pharmacy phone line, oh, about 18 million times, I spoke with someone who apologized profusely and promised to reorder my prescription and have it couriered out to me. They asked that I remove identifying info if I throw the three prescriptions out, or return it to them. I do hope poor Shirly, who was promised these on February 24, is being served as well.

Date: 2021-02-27 10:20 pm (UTC)For the past several months, I've been getting phone messages from a CVS on Chicago's South Side telling Miss XXXX that her prescriptions are ready. I couldn't figure out the woman's actual name for months, so I didn't know how to tell someone on the other end of the phone to for godsake ask Miss XXXX for her proper phone number.
Finally I was able to make out the name late last week, and I called the CVS, and explained the situation. The person on the other end told me "I was just waiting for you to stop talking so I could tell you that all I needed was the phone number." Well, that was polite, especially since I said precisely three sentences. Ah well, at least the problem has been solved ....
Well!
