My husband has a Treo and really like it. He's had a number of problems with the screen, though - he replaced his first one while it was still under warranty, and on the current one he's got a yellow blotch that's slowly taking over the screen. But he's planning to replace it with another Treo, so he's obviously not been turned off the product completely.

I've heard there's a new Treo coming out with some improved bells and whistles, which should drive of the cost of the older models down, if you're looking for a bargain.
