Plaza Azteca opened a second location in the former Pizza Hut near our place in Virginia, and for the last couple years we were there, I'd have Tacos de Chorizo every Friday for supper. The place was run by some brothers from Mexico, and because it was close to the campus and student-friendly, they were doing land-office business when we left.

God. I miss those tacos.
